Promoter: Central Security Distribution Pty Ltd ABN 25 129 573 164, 1/15-21 Macedon Way, Melbourne Airport VIC 3045 (“Promoter” or “Wesco Anixter”). Promotion type: Free‑entry trade promotion; eligibility arises from qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period. No separate entry fee.
• Eligibility: Natural persons 18+ employed by or authorised for a current Wesco Anixter account‑holding customer in Australia; residents of NSW, QLD, VIC, SA, ACT, WA, TAS or NT only. Entrant must have employer/principal permission. Promoter staff, agents and their immediate families excluded.
• Promotion Period: 00:00 AEST Mon 6 Apr 2026 to 23:59 AEST Mon 6 Jul 2026.
• Qualifying purchases: Salto door products invoiced and paid/not in default within the Promotion Period. Back‑orders/pre‑orders qualify only when invoiced in‑period. Cancelled/refunded/credited purchases void related entries.
• Entries: 1 entry per 10 Salto doors purchased under the same customer account during the Promotion Period. Automatic—no form or fee. Entries attributed to the person on the order or, if none, the account’s primary contact. Non‑transferable.
• Draw: Random computerised draw from all valid entries at 12:00 AEST Fri 17 Jul 2026. First valid entry drawn wins.
• Prizes: (a) 1× Milwaukee M12 Heated Jacket (colour/model/size subject to availability); (b) 1× R.M. Williams gift card/voucher with face value AUD $700, minimum 3‑year expiry, no post‑purchase fees. Not redeemable for cash. If unavailable, substitute of equal/greater RRP may be provided (subject to law). Total prize pool: AUD $1300.
• Winner notification/publication: Notify by e‑mail/phone within 2 business days; publish at https://www.csd.com.au/blog/news for at least 28 days.
• Prize claim: Winner must claim within 14 days of notification and provide requested verification.
• Unclaimed prize: If unclaimed/ineligible, redraw at 12:00 AEST Mon 19 Oct 2026 at same location/method; notify and publish as above.
• Collection/delivery: Collect at nominated Wesco Anixter branch at winner’s cost. Manufacturer warranties apply; no additional warranties beyond those required by law.
• Verification: Promoter may require ID, eligibility, employer/principal authority and proof of qualifying purchases. Non‑compliance may invalidate entries or forfeit prize.
• Privacy: Personal information used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, conduct the draw, award/deliver prizes, publish winner details and handle complaints. Disclosures to related bodies corporate, service providers and prize suppliers. See Privacy Policy.
• Liability/ACL: No exclusion of non‑excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Otherwise, to the extent permitted by law, Promoter not liable for loss/damage/injury except caused by its negligence, willful misconduct or breach. Follow manufacturer safety instructions (including for battery‑powered apparel).
• Changes: If events beyond reasonable control occur, Promoter may cancel/suspend/shorten/extend/vary the promotion in a way not materially detrimental to entrants and will publish material changes on its website. If a permit/authority becomes required, Promoter may obtain it and update these terms.
