TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion & Promoter

These terms and conditions (Terms) govern the Hikvision AX Pro Gift with Purchase Promotion (Promotion), conducted by Central Security Distribution Pty Ltd (ABN 25 129 573 164), trading as Wesco Anixter (Promoter), of Level 1, 321 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149. This is a gift with purchase — not a lottery or competition. By participating, you agree to these Terms.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion runs from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (Promotion Period). Only purchases during the Promotion Period qualify.

3. Eligibility

To participate, you must (at the time of purchase and Reward fulfilment):

• be a trade customer or installer with an active Wesco Anixter trading account;
• be a signed Hikvision DPP reseller;
• hold a registered ABN; and
• have no outstanding amounts on your Wesco Anixter trading account, with all payments within the Promoter’s standard trading terms.

Not eligible: Government customers (including purchases for government projects or end users); and employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, Hikvision, and their related bodies corporate.

4. Qualifying Products & Reward

Qualifying Products: HIK-PWA96-KIT-WB (BOM 302401778) or HIK-PWA96-WB12V (BOM 302401926). Each earns one $50 AUD gift card (Reward). Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash (unless required by law). The gift card brand will be chosen by the Promoter.

5. Fulfilment

Rewards will be issued after the Promotion Period, subject to the participant’s Wesco Anixter trading account being in good standing with no outstanding amounts owed and all payments within standard trading terms. The Promoter aims to dispatch Rewards within 30 business days of the Promotion Period ending. Eligibility is determined automatically from purchase history — no claim form is needed.

6. Acknowledgements

By participating, you confirm that: your participation does not breach your company’s policies; your purchase is not for any government entity or end user; and all information provided is true and correct. The Promoter may disqualify any participant who breaches these confirmations.

7. General

The Promoter may cancel, suspend, modify or extend the Promotion at any time (subject to applicable law). The Promoter’s decisions are final. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss arising from the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms limits rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Participants are responsible for any tax implications. This Promotion is not associated with any entity other than the Promoter.

8. Governing Law, Privacy & Contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. (Cth).
