Hikvision – Holiday Gifts Sorted Promotion

How it works

Achieve cumulative spend thresholds on Hikvision products via Wesco Anixter Security Branches between 26 October 2026 and 11 December 2026. Rewards are awarded automatically at each tier — there is no draw and no separate entry process

1. Promoter

Central Security Distribution Pty Ltd ABN 25 129 573 164, Level 1, 321 Ferntree Gully Road, Mount Waverley VIC 3149 (“Promoter” or “Wesco Anixter”).

2. Promotion Period

00:00 AEDT Sunday 26 October 2026 to 23:59 AEDT Friday 11 December 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Only purchases during the Promotion Period qualify.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all Australian installer customers of the Promoter who purchase Hikvision products in accordance with the terms and conditions of their trade account held with the Promoter. To be eligible, a customer must hold an active trading account with the Promoter and that account must be within its agreed payment terms at both the time of the Qualifying Purchase and the time the Reward is claimed or provided. Customers whose accounts are overdue or otherwise in arrears at either of those times are not eligible to participate or receive a Reward under this Promotion.

Resellers and government customers, including any federal, state, territory or local government department, agency, authority, or instrumentality, are excluded from this Promotion. Purchases for resale or installation for government projects or end users do not qualify.

Employees, officers and contractors of the Promoter, Hikvision and their related bodies corporate, and any agencies directly associated with this Promotion, are excluded from participation.

4. Qualifying Purchase

To receive a Reward, a customer must achieve the relevant cumulative spend threshold excluding GST on Hikvision products purchased via WASB during the Promotion Period (“Qualifying Purchase”):

(a) Tier 1: $15,000 or more excluding GST;

(b) Tier 2: $30,000 or more excluding GST; and

(c) Tier 3: $75,000 or more excluding GST.

Freight, taxes, credits, refunds, purchases for resale or installation for government projects or end users and any non-Hikvision items do not count toward the qualifying spend.

5. Reward

Rewards are cumulative. A customer who reaches a higher tier receives all items listed at that tier and each lower tier (each a “Reward”):

(a) Tier 1: one (1) JBL Flip 7 Portable Speaker (valued at $179 inc. GST);

(b) Tier 2: Tier 1 Reward plus one (1) (1) Dune 4WD Frontier 2.0 80L Dual Zone Fridge/Freezer (valued at $499 inc. GST); and

(c) Tier 3: Tier 1 and Tier 2 Rewards plus one (1) Nintendo Switch 2 Console (valued at $769 inc. GST).

Limit of one (1) of each Reward item per eligible customer account during the Promotion Period.

Qualifying customers will be fulfilled in the order their spend reaches the relevant tier, as recorded in the Promoter’s systems. The Promoter will notify customers if the cap has been reached.

6. How the Reward is Awarded

This is not a game of chance. There is no draw or ballot. Customers who achieve the Qualifying Purchase during the Promotion Period, as verified by the Promoter’s sales records, will receive the Reward as arranged by the Promoter.

7. Verification

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of purchases and eligibility of customers, including identity, account ownership and cumulative qualifying spend. The Promoter may refuse to award a Reward where it reasonably believes a customer has breached these Terms and Conditions, obtained the Reward improperly, or is otherwise ineligible under these Terms and Conditions.

8. General Reward Conditions

Rewards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash, credit or account discount. If a Qualifying Purchase is cancelled, refunded or reversed, the Promoter may require return of the Reward or may charge the value of the Reward to the customer’s account to the extent permitted by law.

The Promoter will dispatch Rewards by 19 December 2026 to the business address provided by the customer before 11 December 2026. Delivery is at the Promoter’s cost. The Promoter may arrange collection from a local branch by agreement.

The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to substitute any Reward (or any item comprising a Reward) with an alternative reward of equal or greater value, including a different make, model, colour or version, where the Reward becomes unavailable, is subject to supply delays, or for any other reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. Any alternative reward will be subject to these Terms and Conditions, and the Promoter is not liable for any difference between the stated value and the value of the alternative reward at the time it is provided.

9. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by agreement. Subject to that, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered or incurred in connection with this Promotion or any Reward, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

The Promoter may collect and use personal information in connection with administering the Promotion, verifying eligibility and arranging Reward fulfilment, in accordance with its applicable privacy obligations and policies.

11. Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the Promotion at any time to the extent reasonably necessary, subject to applicable laws. Any decision by the Promoter regarding this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
