The Aetek AET-C70-00F-02 is an L2 Pro Plus managed switch designed to act as a root switch for managing outdoor H60 Series, industrial D60/D62 Series, and indoor C60 Series PoE switches within an IP surveillance network.

It features 24 Gigabit SFP transceiver slots for flexible connectivity, along with 4 x 10G uplink ports. The AET-C70-00F-02 supports L2 Plus and basic L3 switch functions, including static routing, QoS, security, spanning tree, and SNMP v1/v2c/v3.

In addition to its role as an L2 Pro Plus managed switch, the C70-00F-02 also functions as an IP camera controller, providing simple oversight and management of ONVIF-compliant IP cameras. This makes it easier for installers to configure and manage cameras, even if they are not familiar with the advanced software functions of an L2 Pro Plus managed switch.

A centralised web GUI automatically detects connected ONVIF IP cameras and generates a network topology view. Installers can also easily access detailed camera information, including camera lists, IP and MAC addresses, topology, power consumption, and traffic monitoring, all through a web browser.
