HID Global's DESFire EV3 + Prox card is designed to enable security system owners with a smooth migration path from legacy low-frequency 125 kHz-based systems to a modern and secure credential technology.

The HID-811HPROG compatibility profile credential maintains backwards compatibility with iCLASS SE R10/9xxNxx and multiCLASS SE RP10/9xxPxx readers and will be custom programmed by HID.

HID DESFire EV3 cards leverage security features including AES128 encryption, secure channel-based file transfer and proximity check to protect card data from attacks.

This credential would typically be used on sites transitioning from ProxPoint readers to iClass SE R10/9xxNxx readers and is custom programmed by HID.
