This PowerShield External Maintenance Bypass Switch allows for the disconnection and removal of a UPS without dropping power to the electrical load. In the event that the UPS requires service, upgrade or repositioning, an external maintenance bypass switch will route around the UPS to avoid shutting down electrical devices.
- Routine maintenance can be performed during normal hours by simply switching the MBS to the 'Bypass' position
- The MBS has six outlets for distribution to your electrical loads
- Wall mount as an option either vertically or horizontally to a wall
- Suitable for both Line Interactive and True On-Line UPS
