The PowerShield PSH-PSMBS3K is a 3kVA external maintenance bypass switch designed to allow safe servicing or replacement of a UPS without interrupting power to connected equipment. It features a rotary bypass switch that reroutes power around the UPS, enabling routine maintenance during normal operating hours. With seven AC outlets (including IEC C13 and C19), it also functions as a Power Distribution Unit (PDU). The unit supports rackmount, wall mount, and UPS-mounted configurations, making it compatible with various UPS topologies including offline, line-interactive, and true online double conversion systems.
