Terms and Conditions
- Information on how to enter forms part of the Terms and Conditions of entry. Acceptance of any prize is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Headings in this document are included for ease of reference, and do not affect interpretation in any way.
- The Promoter is Central Security Distribution Pty Ltd ABN 25 129 573 164 (Wesco Anixter) with prizes contributed by Allegion (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 49 077 898 161) - an Australian legal entity with registered offices at 31-33 Alfred Street, Blackburn, VIC 3130.
- The Promotion commences at 8.00am (AEST) Wednesday 9 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday, 31 Friday 2026 (Promotion Period).
- To enter the promotion Eligible Entrants (defined in clause 7 below) must purchase FSH by Schlage products from Wesco Anixter.
- The promotion has two parts:
- Online or instore – Customer must purchase FSH by Schlage products for a total transaction value of $1000 AUD. Within one transaction, each full increment of $1000 allows one (1) entry into the draw to win.
- This promotion applies to all Wesco Anixter customers nationwide.
The Prize
- The Promoter will draw one (1) winner of following prize:
- 1x Darche INTREPIDOR 2 RTT 1400 Rooftop Tent valued at $1999AUD
and two (2) winners of the secondary prize: - 2 x Darche 630 BBQ Firepit, valued at $499AUD
Maximum Total prize value eligible per Eligible Entrant: approximately $1999, based on the recommended retail price at the time of the start of Promotion.
Entry into the promotion
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older and Australian incorporated companies who hold trading accounts with the Promoter (Eligible Entrants).
- An Eligible Entrant can have multiple entries into the draw but limited to win one (1) of each prize.
- To participate in this Promotion, Eligible Entrants must purchase Allegion products from Wesco Anixter branches in Australia between Wednesday 9 September 2026 and Friday, 23 October 2026.
To qualify for entry, participants must reach a minimum spend of $1,000.00AUD (excluding GST) in a single transaction. This threshold applies to the net purchase price only; any applied discounts, rebates, or promotional price reductions will not count toward the $1,000 minimum requirement.
The Prize Draw
- There will be one (1) computerised random draw conducted from entries submitted for Eligible Entrants at 2:00pm (AEST) on Thursday 29 October 2026. The winners will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the draw and their names published on Wesco Anixter Australia and Allegion Australia’s LinkedIn social pages.
- If any part of the prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in their discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize.
- The winner of the main prize (Darche INTREPIDOR 2 RTT 1400 Rooftop Tent) agrees that they are responsible for organising collection of the main prize is from Darche depot (list available here: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0607/6651/9489/files/Mainfreight_Depots-new_-_VIC_TAS_1.pdf?v=1777342586) or from Darche Melbourne or Brisbane showrooms. This applies to all winners including second chance draw winners referred below in clause 11.
- All ancillary costs associated with the acceptance and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. This includes, but is not limited to, the purchase of compatible roof racks and the cost of professional installation (which is recommended by the supplier). The Promoter accepts no liability for any vehicle modifications required to fit the Prize.
- The Promoter agrees to organise the delivery of secondary prize (Darche 630 BBQ Firepit) to the winners’ specified addresses within Australia.
- Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services. A prize cannot be transferred to any other person, unless agreed in writing by the Promoter. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts the conditions of use of that prize.
- The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of any winner not collecting their prize during the collection period referred to in above clause 10. If any prize remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter may conduct a further draw, as required, in the same manner as the original draw, on 20 May 2026. The winners, if any, will be notified in writing and by phone within two (2) business days of the redraw. Any second chance draw winner will have their names published on the Wesco Anixter Australia and Allegion Australia’s LinkedIn social pages.
- If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
- The Promoter reserves the right (subject to any applicable law) to cancel, terminate or modify or suspend this Promotion. The Promoter, its related bodies corporate and their respective officers, employees, contractors and agents (Promotion Parties) will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or personal injuries arising out of this Promotion, or the use of any prize, including but not limited to any breach of these terms and conditions, contract or tort (including negligence) and any other common law, equitable or statutory remedy (whatsoever, including but not limited to direct, indirect and consequential damages, including damages that cannot reasonably be considered to arise naturally and in the ordinary course of things, even if those damages were in the contemplation of the Promotion Parties.
- The Promoter reserves the right to take any action necessary in its sole discretion at any time, subject to applicable laws.
- By entering the Promotion, Eligible Entrants consent to the reproduction and use of their photograph, image, voice or a reproduction thereof, either in whole or part, to be used reasonably by the Promoter for any purpose whatsoever in connection with the Promotion, and without payment or compensation.
- The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and administer the prize and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers and, as required, to regulatory authorities in Australia. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, for a reasonable period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant in accordance with its Privacy Policy available here: https://csd.com.au/documents (Privacy Policy). Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update or correct information to the Promoter.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entries and in its sole discretion, disqualify any or all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this Promotion by, any person who: (a) tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the Promotion; (b) acts in violation of these Terms and Conditions; (c) acts in a disruptive manner; (d) acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or (e) engages in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
- An exclusion of liability, does not apply to limit or exclude liability for personal injury or death suffered or sustained in connection with the supply of goods or services which are supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business that cannot be excluded or limited by law. To remove doubt: third party goods or services, which other than in connection with this Promotion, are in the normal course of business supplied by a third party unrelated to the Promotion Parties, are not supplied by the Promoter in the ordinary course of business.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from any Winner accepting a p Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter is not responsible for any warranties or managing future claims associated with the prizes.
- Any disputes arising from this Promotion, will be subject to the laws of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.
